Official roster
National guidance allows up to 15 players. Every player must be registered, screened and listed on the official roster.
Minimum play
For 8U, 10U and 12U: at least one at-bat or three defensive outs per game, subject to the published rule.
Approved bats
The supplied national guide permits USA or BBCOR bats only and does not allow wood bats.
Field decorum
No fighting, alcohol, artificial noisemakers or bullying. Teams must keep dugouts clean and clear.

Parent or guardian informationContact and emergency details are completed by the parent, not retyped by the coach.
Digital consent & signatureParticipation, medical release, required event media consent and rules acknowledgement are captured with a touch signature.
Verification documentsPrepare the birth certificate and a photo-bearing player or school ID. Both remain in private storage for authorized review.
