Registration workflow

Coach creates the teamEach coach can manage multiple teams and share one reusable link per team.

Parent registers the playerPlayer, guardian, emergency details, required consents and signature are captured privately.

Documents are reviewedA birth certificate and photo-bearing player or school ID are required. OCR only assists the registrar.

Two independent checksApproval requires both coach team confirmation and registrar verification, in either order.

Configurable eligibility

Divisions, age cutoffs and roster maximums are configured per tournament. Current BRLP NCR divisions are 8U, 10U and 12U, with the regional age cutoff still subject to organizer confirmation. The default roster reference is 15.

Human decision. Age calculation and OCR comparisons provide guidance; the registrar remains the final eligibility authority.
